Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped in some cases with tracking and drop-off without signature.
With smaller items in the UK, we may send them using the standard mail service. In our experience, delivery time is typically the same.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected.
International returns are NOT accepted.
UK returns are only accepted within 28 DAYS of purchase, and the buyer is responsible for postage fees.
Your local customs office may incur additional customs and vat tax. We'll take precautions on our side to minimize extra tax but this is out of our hands once it arrives in the country of destination.
