MaxDuino Every (replaces Ultimate) is an all-in-one digital tape SD solution. It supports all file formats supported by the Maxduino firmware. It's based on an Atmega4809 chip and offers much more memory than an Arduino Nano, which our other devices are based on. As of today, Nano-based units cannot run all file formats listed below, but this does:
- ZX80/ZX81
- ZX Spectrum
- Oric-1 and Oric Atmos
- Dragon 32 / 64
- Tandy CoCo
- MSX
- Acorn Electron
- BBC Micro
- Amstrad CPC
- Jupiter Ace
- OTLA (super fast loaders)
- Mattel Aquarius
- Sharp MZ
- Memotech MTX (Experimental)
- TRS-80 Model 1-4 (Experimental)
- Commodore c16/c64
Don't forget to add a loaded SD card, located further down this page, to your cart.
It requires an FT232 FTDI to update it, if needed. They are cheap, and you can add one located further down this page to your cart.

Now available in options up to XL and 2XL. When purchasing a microSD card, avoid getting a cheap one. You will need a data cassette cable. If you don't want to buy one of our USB cables or a UK PSU, you will need a Mini B USB power source or a 6-9V positive centre PSU. For Commodore, you need a cassette dongle; many are on eBay.
